They also spread quickness less efficiently than a utility chrono since they have significantly less freedom of movement which meens inefficient boon copy. If you have a revenant in your party, you're probably better off just putting zerk on the chrono and having a thief or necro tank since they have better sustain than the Chrono and lose very little DPS doing so.
If your party needs more sustain or you're just looking for ease of clear, then you're better off taking a tempest or dragon hunter tank. It's a good idea to let the chronomancer tank because the normal chronomancer build focuses on support through quickness and alacrity by sacrificing some of it's personal damge. As the personal DPS of such a chronomancer isn't that high anyway the groups overall damge will be better if the chronomancer tanks instead of another class which would bring more dps.
This tank build only sacrfices as much personal damge as is necessary while still improving the support the chronomancer brings to the raid group.

So I've done some digging through the forums and haven't been able to find anything against this.Currently, to craft a set of exotic armor with Commander's stats, you need the insignia recipe from the end of the DS meta vendor and the recipe for each armor slot.However, the only recipe listed on the TP (last time I checked), was Commander's Draconic Chestpiece. There's no word on the wiki as to where you can get the other recipes, and someone on the official forums said they got a recipe from noxious pods.Unless I've missed something, this means that the drop rate for these recipes is very very low, and would take hours upon hours of running the DS meta, hoping it succeeds, and opening pods. Just for the exotic recipes.On the other hand, you can just craft any other ascended armor set and stat swap it using the exotic Commander's insignia.Is this right?
Is this a design flaw? Am I completely unaware to some easy way to get these recipes? Am I using too many question marks?. Good points but I can't imagine anyone would ever make the Exotic set when all that money and effort could go into a perfect gearset. If you decide you like it, you just wasted all that money on Exotic gear. If you decide you hate it, you can never try it on another class because it's soulbound Exotic gear.

Making it as Exotic is hard due to the recipes aspect vs stat swapping on Ascended items, and it's a bad idea because it's imperfect and stuck on the character that made it (unlike Ascended).
